Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that utilizes a trance-like, relaxed state of focused concentration to help individuals address a wide range of issues, overcome challenges, and promote positive change. It involves the guidance of a trained hypnotherapist who uses suggestions and imagery to access the subconscious mind, which is more receptive to change during this state.

Process and Goals:
1. Relax: The hypnotherapist will guide the individual into a state of deep meditation, often through relaxation exercises, deep breathing, or guided imagery. In this state the brain waves are in a theta state (3.5 to 7 Hz). This relaxed state is akin to a focused and heightened state of concentration, where the conscious mind takes a back seat, and the subconscious becomes more accessible.
2. Release: Once in this trance-like state, the hypnotherapist will help the client release an inhibiting emotion, thought or belief that they can feel in their body. We will locate this starting point during the pre-session interview. The hypnotherapist will then use a specific technique to complete the release. Some possible techniques of focus:

What is Kundalini Activation?
Kundalini Activation is a natural, non-forceful energy transmission that helps awaken and move your life force energy. This awakening can bring deep healing, emotional release, clarity, and a sense of expanded consciousness.
What You Might Experience:
During a session, you may feel tingling, heat, spontaneous movements, emotions rising and releasing, or deep states of peace and insight. Each experience is unique and meets you where you are.
How It Affects the Energy Centers:
As the energy rises, it clears and balances the chakras (energy centers), helping release blockages and open you to a deeper connection with yourself and life.
What a Session Is Like:
You’ll lie down, relax, and close your eyes while music plays. I guide and transmit the energy through intuitive movement and gentle touch (in-person) or presence (online). Your only job is to surrender and allow.

In my classes, I create a supportive space where students can explore their physical capabilities, improve flexibility and build strength. Beyond the postures, yoga offers a path to self-discovery and inner peace. I guide students to connect with their bodies, release tension and cultivate a sense of balance that extends into daily life.
Meditation: ​ opens the door to mental clarity, emotional resilience, and spiritual insight. Through simple and grounded mindfulness practices, I help individuals quiet the noise of the mind and return to the present moment. Although, meditation is not only a powerful tool for reducing stress, improving focus, and deepening self-awareness, but also a way to explore your inner universe. There are many forms of meditation, from classic breath awareness and body scans to more expansive spiritual practices. Some sessions may include connecting with angelic or ancestral energies, meeting spirit guides, exploring past lives, or accessing higher states of consciousness. Others may focus on heart coherence, mantra repetition, or visualization journeys that spark healing, creativity, or inner peace.
